Responsibilities

• Target. Name the customer. Specific businesses, specific people, B2B and B2C kept separate.
• Attract. Get in front of them where they already are.
• Capture. Turn attention into a name we can follow up with.
• Nurture. Keep them warm until they are ready.
• Convert. Hand sales a named opportunity. Sales closes this one.
• Measure. What worked, what did not, cost to acquire, lifetime value, pipeline value from marketing.
• Improve and repea*t. A quarterly and yearly game plan, not campaign by campaign.
• What you make
• Product video and photography, web pages and updates, email, social, dealer and trade show materials, and the brand system that keeps all of it consistent.
• You get a working copy and design system on day one. Use it, then improve it.

Requirements

• Lighting or AV experience is a plus. Curiosity and time in front of customers will cover the gap.
• You have planned a campaign from data and can show what changed because of it.
• You come to the table with bets on a timeline and execute.
• You do not need every move approved.
• You say directly where you will succeed and where you will fail, then tackle it.
• You tell us when the load is too much instead of retreating into busywork.
• You shoot, edit and design well enough that it is fast, not a project.
