Responsibilities

• Create LinkedIn and social content: posts, short articles, turning complex finance into clear, engaging stories.
• Support bank-building: help shape how we position ourselves, think about brand, reputation, and client acquisition.
• Learn financial nuances: you don’t need to be a CFA, but you should be comfortable with basics — balance sheets, EBITDA, equity vs debt. Curiosity to go deeper is key.
• Track industry trends, M&A, fundraising, and spot content opportunities.
• Work directly with founders who’ve been in IB, equity research, and corporate finance. This isn’t a “go fetch coffee” role.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in finance, economics, business, or related. equivalent is a plus.
• Genuinely interested in IB, M&A, or corporate finance — as a subject, not just a career.
• Strong writer with a clear, professional voice. Can simplify complexity without dumbing it down.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn as a professional tool — building audience, engaging, maintaining brand tone.
• Self-driven, curious, not afraid to ask questions.
