Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of client marketing campaigns
• Assist in creating marketing materials including one-sheets, bios, and branded content
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform client strategy
• Track campaign performance and compile data into client-facing reports
• Assist with email marketing and newsletter drafts
• Attend internal and client meetings; take notes and support follow-ups
• Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
• Contribute ideas during brainstorms and strategy sessions
• Provide general admin support

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Familiar with basic marketing principles and digital platforms
• Proficient in Gmail and Google Workspace, including Google Calendar
• Reliable setup: laptop or desktop, smartphone, and a clean, quiet, professional workspace
• Comfortable joining client calls on camera — professional appearance is expected at all times
• Willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to start
