Drive on-set production support and social content tasks for a brand campaigns intern, with hands-on exposure to shoots and posting workflow.

- Standout: Experience supporting shoots and posting schedules with Canva/CapCut familiarity.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Join partner meetings alongside the Marketing Strategist.
- Take clear and organized meeting notes.
- Share observations and insights from the meeting with the internal team.
- Pick up equipment and materials needed for production.
- Assist the team during production shoots.
- Support models with wardrobe preparation and adjustments.
- Assist the photographer during production.
- Help with set up and breakdown.
- Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content during production.
- Create content and graphics for brand stories using tools such as Canva or CapCut.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field
- Based in the Washington Metropolitan Area
- Available to attend one team meeting per week Monday at 9:00 AM
- Able to drive to production locations as needed
- Comfortable working in fast-paced production and creative environments
Preferred
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and contribute wherever the team needs support.
- Curious about marketing, comfortable working in fast-moving creative environments, eager to gain hands-on experience with brand campaigns and social media operations.
