Job Description

Responsibilities

Marketing Systems Ownership: HubSpot marketing tools including landing pages, forms, lead capture logic, workflows, CRM connections, and governance
CRM & Cross-functional Support: Partner with Enrollment, IT, Digital Teams, and vendors to make CRM the system of record for families and enrollment outcomes
Data Flow & Integration: Ensure clean, reliable data flow between marketing tools, CRM, and ad platforms
Lead Lifecycle & Data Standards: Define and document lead lifecycle rules, field usage, and data standards
System Health & Governance: Be the accountable owner for marketing system health, governance, and scalability
Tracking Strategy & GTM: Own tracking design across digital properties; define events, conversions, data layers; translate requirements to GTM specs
GTM Validation: Validate GTM implementations before and after launch; align tracking with reporting and attribution needs
GA4 & Analytics Ownership: Oversee marketing and growth reporting end to end; manage GA4 setup and dashboards; translate data into insights
Funnel & Attribution: Define attribution logic across paid, organic, and local channels; identify funnel drop-offs and improvements
Go-to-Market Enablement: Operationalize GTM initiatives; ensure tracking/analytics at pre-launch and provide post-launch insights

Requirements

6-10+ years in marketing operations, growth operations, or analytics-focused marketing roles
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing tools
Experience supporting or integrating with a CRM platform
Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing analytics
Experience defining tracking strategy and validating implementations
Highly organized, systems-minded, and detail-oriented
Comfortable partnering cross-functionally without formal authority
Thrives in a growing environment where processes are still being built
