Job Summary

Drive finance tracking and invoicing for supplier-funded projects, ensuring accurate actual vs plan, proper cross-charging, and timely reporting in a collaborative, cross-department setting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage Supplier Funded finance tracking – working within the team to ensure projects are completing, monitor actual vs plan for supplier invoicing and provide tracking support.
  • Manage invoicing process – submit for requisitions, route for PO#s, ensure all invoices are submitted and tracked to the correct account.
  • Expense tracking – comparing estimates to actuals
  • Resource incoming projects, ensuring that the work is assigned to the correct team to complete
  • Generate monthly finance reports, govern department wide time tracking and work with Finance partners to ensure allocations are correctly cross charged to internal business partners
  • Weekly team capacity report outs

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, web, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years’ related experience
  • Microsoft Office, with a focus in Excel
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize and summarize information to communicate key points
  • Self-motivated individual with a focus on predictive & proactive planning
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work with multiple team members across departments in a collaborative and professional way
  • Other Job Requirements: Adhere to OHS policies and procedures and ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening

Preferred

  • Workfront project management system experience is a plus
