Job Summary

Own yearlong marketing and community engagement, shaping strategy, messaging, and schedule while coordinating campaigns, events, and standards across channels.

  • Growth & Community Strategy: Develop and roll out the marketing and community engagement plan across digital, video, social, print, apparel, and in-person events.
  • Campaign & Event Execution: Coordinate campaigns, policies, standards of practice, and marketing events.
  • Messaging, Timeline, and Oversight: Provide guidance on goals, messaging, and yearly timelines.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • developing and implementing the company’s overall marketing and community engagement strategy.
  • coordinate and develop marketing strategies, policies, standards of practice, campaigns, and marketing events.
  • planning, managing, and executing marketing efforts via digital, video, social media, printed matter, apparel, and in-person community events and tablings.
  • provide overall guidance as it relates to marketing goals, strategies, messaging, and timelines throughout the year.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Must be 18 year of age or older
  • Must have a valid State of Maine driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage of $50K/$100K
  • Experienced use of Microsoft 365, Google Docs, Canva, and/or Adobe Cloud tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
