Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Communications: Draft and coordinate newsletters, marketing campaigns, and website content with Communications and Technology Development.
  • Events & Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate logistics for conferences, forums, webinars, receptions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Project Coordination: Maintain timelines, follow-up activities, and manage meeting agendas.
  • The Marketing & Engagement Coordinator supports the planning and execution of Enterprise & Procurement Services' marketing, communications, stakeholder engagement, and event initiatives.
  • The Coordinator works collaboratively with Communications, Technology Development, vendors, and internal staff to deliver high-quality engagement opportunities that increase awareness of EPS programs and services.

Requirements

  • AA/AS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in marketing, communications, event planning, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, or related field.

Preferred

  • Experience in sales, marketing and/or event strategies is a plus.
