Job Summary

Coordinate and execute foundational marketing operations to keep content, campaigns, and calendar moving, enabling consistent brand messaging and timely delivery across channels.

  • Own content scheduling, publishing workflows, and basic asset updates across website, blogs, emails, social, and campaigns.
  • Orchestrate email campaigns and automated flows, including audience lists, subject lines, and preview text, with clear task ownership in Asana.

Responsibilities

  • Post and schedule content across approved marketing channels, including website updates, blogs, emails, social support, and digital campaign assets.
  • Draft and proofread marketing copy such as emails, social captions, landing page updates, and internal communications, reviewing for grammar, formatting, brand consistency, and accuracy before anything is published.
  • Help build, organize, test, and proof email campaigns and automated flows, including subject lines, preview text, links, and audience lists.
  • Keep marketing projects moving in Asana, making sure tasks, deadlines, owners, and statuses are clearly documented so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, creative requests, meeting notes, and follow-up items so the team always knows where things stand.
  • Support light website updates, content organization, SEO support, link checking, and landing page reviews, flagging outdated copy and opportunities to improve.
  • Pull simple performance reports and gather metrics like open rate, click rate, and engagement to support campaign recaps and internal updates.
  • Research content ideas, social trends, email inspiration, and competitive examples to help spark stronger, fresher work.
  • Provide general administrative coordination for the VP, including organizing files, notes, timelines, and project documentation.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, digital media, public relations, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and moving pieces at once.
  • Comfortable working in Asana or similar project management tools, along with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and common email platforms.
  • Genuine interest in marketing, brand storytelling, email, social media, digital strategy, and mission-driven work.
  • Proactive, dependable, and curious, with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
  • Available to work at least 3 days per week.
