Job Summary

Job Description

  • Analyze marketing performance across paid, earned, owned, and shared media channels, identifying trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Transform complex datasets into compelling narratives and executive-ready presentations that drive business decisions.
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using modern BI tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness through ROI, ROAS, attribution, incrementality, customer journey, and marketing mix analyses.
  • Partner with client teams to develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
  • Support data integration efforts across platforms including CRM, web analytics, social media, paid media, email marketing, and e-commerce systems.
  • Leverage AI-powered analytics tools and automation to improve reporting efficiency, uncover deeper insights, and streamline recurring workflows.
  • Utilize spreadsheets, APIs, and data visualization platforms to clean, validate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Assist in implementing data governance, quality assurance, and analytics best practices.
  • Configure and manage data collection platforms, tagging strategies, social listening, media monitoring, and digital measurement solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends around privacy, cookieless measurement, first-party data strategies, and evolving digital analytics practices.
  • Strong quantitative reasoning skills with the ability to identify statistically meaningful trends, anomalies, and opportunities within complex datasets.
  • Support rapid-turn reporting for crisis communications, executive updates, and high-profile client initiatives.
  • Contribute to new business pitches by developing measurement strategies and showcasing data-driven opportunities.
