Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day marketing tasks across multiple client accounts
  • Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met (or proactively adjusted)
  • Follow up with team members and contractors to keep work moving
  • Maintain clear visibility into project status and next steps
  • Assist with launching and monitoring campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms
  • Track performance and flag issues or opportunities
  • Troubleshoot basic platform issues independently
  • Schedule and publish organic content across client accounts
  • Coordinate with creatives and contractors on content production
  • Coordinate photo/video shoots, timelines, and external partners

Requirements

  • Prior experience in marketing execution, project coordination, or a similar operations-focused role
  • Proven ability to manage tasks, timelines, and follow-up across multiple projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persistent
  • Self-driven—you don’t wait to be told what to do next
  • General understanding of digital marketing platforms

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads
  • Ability to create simple graphics or social content (Canva, CapCut, etc. is fine)
  • Interest or experience in photography or video production
  • Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly
