Responsibilities

• Support marketing coordinator work connected with creative projects, events, client service, communications, marketing, and production coordination.
• Maintain calendars, briefs, assets, status trackers, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare, review, schedule, or coordinate role-appropriate content, campaigns, communications, or event materials.
• Track activity and performance metrics and prepare clear updates for internal or client review.
• Coordinate deadlines and handoffs with teammates, clients, vendors, or creative partners.
• Quality-check deliverables and keep Try3Crew marketing or communication records organized.

Requirements

• Strong written communication, organization, and deadline management.
• Comfort using common marketing, social, content, analytics, spreadsheet, or project tools appropriate to the role.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and maintain accurate status information.
• Professional communication with teammates, clients, customers, or vendors.
