Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects from assignment through completion
• Manage timelines, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously
• Work closely with our graphic designers to keep creative projects organized and on schedule
• Make sure creative assets are completed, approved, and delivered to our digital marketing teams on time
• Track campaigns, promotions, product launches, and creative requests
• Review and QC marketing assets before they go live, checking copy, offers, pricing, product details, quotes, claims, links, and other details for accuracy
• Follow up with internal team members and outside partners to keep projects moving
• Learn the Buttercloth brand, products, customers, messaging, and voice so that you can recognize when something isn't right
• Anticipate missing information, conflicting deadlines, and potential problems before they become problems
• Work directly with senior leadership on a wide variety of marketing initiatives

Preferred

• Some experience in marketing, project coordination, e-commerce, advertising, or a consumer brand is preferred, but we're more interested in what you're capable of than how many years you've been doing it.
