Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monthly Sales Flyers, promotional posters and television slides
• Weekly email campaigns and social media posts
• Planning and Coordinating company events
• Creating company newsletters, event invitations and other correspondence as needed
• Designing promotional products and business forms: working with external vendors to ensure completion of projects
• Proposing new ideas and trends to keep marketing efforts relevant: conducting market research
• Weekly recording of digital marketing metrics across Facebook, LinkedIn, company website and email campaigns
• e-Commerce Knowledge
• Other duties as they may arise
• You will be working with numerous employees to complete marketing campaigns across our three locations, so excellent phone and email skills are vital to the success in this position

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Adobe CS, Photoshop, Microsoft Suite and InDesign experience required

Preferred

• Previous marketing and advertising experience preferred
