Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Proposals & Pursuits
• • Support the development and production of professional responses to RFPs, RFQs, qualifications packages, letter proposals, presentations, and other pursuit materials.
• • Review RFPs to identify submission requirements, required forms, evaluation criteria, deadlines, and other compliance requirements.
• • Assist with developing proposal outlines, compliance checklists, schedules, and initial InDesign documents.
• • Gather project, personnel, technical, and company information needed for proposal responses.
• • Coordinate with Marketing team members and technical professionals to obtain required proposal content.
• • Format, proofread, edit, and perform quality-control reviews of proposal materials.
• • Support proposal production and final submission requirements.
• • Maintain organized records of completed proposals and pursuit materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, English, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to gather information from multiple sources and organize it in a clear, consistent, and usable manner.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe InDesign.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to receive feedback and apply it to future assignments.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about Energy markets, clients, projects, and technical services.

Preferred

• One (1) year of marketing internship or professional experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems, databases, or content-management systems preferred.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign.
