Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Coordinator based in San Diego, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Marketing Coordinator will help support the day-to-day operations of the marketing and media department by coordinating influencer communication, content shoots, campaign timelines, logistics, and cross-team execution.

This role sits at the center of creator coordination, media production, and operational follow-through. The coordinator will work closely with influencers, creators, shops, partners, and internal teams to help keep projects organized and moving efficiently.

This is not a behind the desk only role. Things move quickly here. Schedules shift. Priorities change. We are looking for someone who can stay organized, communicate clearly, solve problems, and help maintain momentum across multiple projects and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate influencer and creator schedules and communication

• Help organize content shoots including vehicles, locations, timelines, and logistics

• Track campaign calendars and deliverables

• Coordinate with shops, partners, and internal teams

• Assist with project follow-through and operational organization

• Help maintain communication across multiple moving projects

• Support the media and marketing team with scheduling and coordination

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with professional follow-through

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Experience working with influencers, creators, brands, talent, or media teams preferred

• Comfortable in fast paced startup environments with shifting priorities

• Understanding of social media, creator culture, and modern marketing environments

• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in dynamic environments

• Automotive, lifestyle, media, or creator industry experience is a plus

• Experience with project coordination, marketing tools, CRM systems, or campaign organization is a plus

Location

Southern California preferred with ability to travel to shoots, events, shops, and production locations as needed.
