Support reporting and dashboards using Google Analytics, GTM, and related tools

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support Marketing leadership with daily operations, coordination, and light project management
Manage and prioritize workflow for Influencer/Partnerships and GaiaSphere events, helping ensure briefs and deliverables are trafficked, aligned, and completed on time
Own scheduling, calendaring, cross-functional follow-ups, and Influencer/Partner and Event-related communication
Respond daily to inbound messages from social influencers, talent, and partners with professionalism and strong follow-through
Create and update light marketing collateral using tools like Google Workspace, Airtable, Canva, Air, and (bonus) Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop)
Build/update partner decks, influencer kits, and event support materials
Assist with reporting and performance dashboards, including support for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AdWords, and SEO reporting (pre/post event)
Support influencer and partner workflows by coordinating incoming/outgoing creative briefs
Provide responsive internal support to cross-functional teams and the field with an “excellent service” mindset

Requirements

2–3 years experience in a Marketing Coordinator (or similar) role
Strong prioritization + project follow-through across multiple deadlines
Familiarity with social platforms, influencers, and marketing fundamentals
Required: Airtable (or Monday.com), Canva, CMS tools, Google Workspace
Required: agency or similar fast-paced marketing experience
Clear communicator, collaborative, adaptable

Preferred

Google Analytics, GTM, AdWords, SEO reporting experience
light design skills; Adobe (InDesign/Photoshop) a plus
