Coordinate and optimize end-to-end marketing projects, blending budget discipline, research-backed messaging, and sales materials to drive brand presence and program performance.

  • Own project execution and calendar management across multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Support brand strategy, presentations, and research databases to enable informed campaigns.
  • Track results and post-audit outcomes, translating data into actionable improvements for events, promotions, and materials.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement marketing projects across budget, packaging, data analysis, sales materials, promotions, events, and brand planning.
  • Develop and organize proposals, presentations, and reports using primary and secondary research.
  • Manage design, development, and implementation of marketing projects.
  • Prepare presentations, marketing reports, analyses, and maintain the marketing project calendar.
  • Assist with budget management.
  • Research competitive products, market characteristics, pricing, and marketing support; maintain research databases.
  • Develop and distribute sales promotional materials.
  • Assist with project management and maintain brand team project list.
  • Track program results and conduct post-audit analyses.
  • Support organizational goals through ownership of ad hoc marketing projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. 1 year of related experience in Marketing preferred. *Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above .
  • Ability to own a project from beginning to end with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work with other teams and functional areas to create and implement innovative business solutions aimed at building a strong market presence, merchandising, and attractive value propositions.
  • Ability to manage multiple marketing projects of complex and various dimensions.
  • Ability to multi-task and be extremely organized.
  • Experience in a high pace environment, able to troubleshoot.
  • Ability to learn and utilize research for the identification of market trends.
  • Solid interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Advanced computer skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred

  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience with Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator a plus.
