Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning Market Research: Analyze industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. Conduct surveys or focus groups to gather insights. Target Audience Identification: Define customer personas based on demographics, psychographics, and dining behaviors. Marketing Goals: Establish short-term and long-term marketing objectives (e.g., increase brand awareness, boost sales by X%, launch a new menu). 2. Brand Management Brand Development: Ensure brand consistency across all restaurant locations. Create brand guidelines for logos, colors, and tone of voice. Reputation Management: Monitor online reviews and social media presence. Engage with customers and address their concerns promptly. 3. Digital Marketing Website Management: Optimize the restaurant group’s website for user experience and SEO. Ensure menus, locations, and promotions are updated. Social Media Strategy: Develop a content calendar for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Post engaging content, including behind-the-scenes, promotions, and user-generated content. Email Marketing: Create newsletters to inform customers about upcoming events, new dishes, and special offers. Segment the audience for personalized campaigns. 4. Content Creation Visual and Written Content: Produce high-quality content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and promotional materials. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and strategy. Creative Development: Lead the creative direction for marketing materials, including ad videos and detailed flyers. Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience. 5. Promotional Campaigns Seasonal Promotions: Plan and execute seasonal campaigns (e.g., holiday specials, summer menus). Collaborate with chefs to create unique offerings. Loyalty Programs: Develop a loyalty program to encourage repeat business. Use customer data to tailor rewards and promotions. Events and Collaborations: Organize events, such as tastings, cooking classes, or partnerships with local businesses (e.g., breweries, farms). 6. Advertising Media Planning: Identify appropriate channels for advertising (online, print, radio). Allocate budget effectively. Creative Development: Oversee the production of compelling ads that resonate with the target audience, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy. 7. Analytics and Reporting Performance Metrics: Track KPIs such as customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, and social media engagement. Regular Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on marketing performance. Analyze what worked and what didn’t and adjust strategies accordingly. 8. Collaboration and Team Management Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure promotions align with menu offerings.
