Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Generate local leads through home shows, community events, sponsorships, referral programs and seasonal campaigns.
• Plan and execute event logistics: registrations, booth setup, materials, staffing, lead capture and follow-up.
• Create authentic social content including photos, reels, short videos, customer stories and promotions.
• Coordinate with outside marketing partners responsible for website, SEO, Google Ads and Performance Max; keep deliverables moving and report results.
• Work with our sales, service and customer experience teams to turn campaigns into trackable customer opportunities.
• Maintain campaign calendars, vendor deadlines, budgets and weekly marketing performance reporting in systems including ServiceTitan.

Requirements

• You are organized, proactive and comfortable owning multiple deadlines.
• You can create strong visual and written content and are willing to get into the field to capture it.
• You enjoy local outreach and events, not just sitting behind a screen.
• You understand that leads, quality and follow-up matter more than vanity metrics.
• You communicate well with technicians, salespeople, vendors and leadership.
• Experience in marketing coordination, event marketing, local services or consumer marketing is valuable. A relevant degree is preferred but not required.
