Job Summary

Own multi-channel content and event marketing that builds homeowner trust, balancing social, blogs, case studies, site media, and referrals while collaborating across teams.

Content & social ownership: create and schedule posts, respond to comments, write blogs, success stories, case studies, and website content.
Events and field activities: visit job sites for media, coordinate home shows, community events, and trade shows from planning through execution.
Collaboration and referrals: promote the customer referral program and collaborate with multiple departments on marketing initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Creating and scheduling engaging content across our social media platforms
Responding to customer comments, messages, and online reviews
Writing blogs, customer success stories, case studies, press releases, and website content
Visiting job sites to capture photos, videos, and before-and-after transformations
Coordinating home shows, community events, and trade shows from planning through execution
Managing customer review platforms, including Google Reviews
Auditing lead sources within i360 to ensure marketing accuracy
Promoting our customer referral program through email campaigns
Collaborating with multiple departments on marketing initiatives and creative projects

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
At least one year of internship or professional marketing experience
Experience creating digital content and managing social media platforms
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
