Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Coordinator, based in Torrance, CA. We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can keep up with a high-volume, high-energy marketing operation. You'll work directly with our Senior Marketing Manager to execute brand campaigns, partnership activations, social media, events, and creative projects across multiple restaurant brands. What You'll Do

  • Coordinate campaign timelines, asset collection, and approvals across brand partnerships and activations 
  • Write and schedule social media content (Instagram, TikTok) in our brand voice 
  • Assist with influencer and partner communications — drafting emails, coordinating logistics, tracking deliverables 
  • Support event marketing — from private dining events to festival booths to grand openings 
  • Manage creative project tracking between internal stakeholders and external vendors (designers, printers, agencies) 
  • Pull and compile reports from Meta Ads Manager, Resy, and Toast POS 
  • Help coordinate giveaways, sweepstakes, and GWP (gift-with-purchase) promotions from setup to recap 
  • Keep marketing calendars, file organization, and brand asset libraries clean and up to date 

 

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or agency coordination
  • Strong writing skills — you can translate your passion for food into copy that makes people want to book a table right now
  • Familiarity with Korean culture and/or K-pop is a real plus — our partnerships and audience demand authentic cultural fluency
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Workspace, and project management tools. 
  • Restaurant or food & beverage experience is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • A passion for food, hospitality, and Korean culture is highly desirable
