Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and new patient growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, and community leaders.
• Coordinate and represent Ignite Chiropractic at community events, health fairs, and workshops.
• Manage social media content, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.
• Track marketing performance and analyze key metrics to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a consistent and exceptional patient experience.
• Conduct consultations with prospective patients and confidently communicate the value of care.
• Develop referral and partnership programs with local businesses and healthcare providers.
• Manage the marketing budget and identify new growth opportunities.
• Lead internal promotions and patient appreciation events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or community outreach.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with social media marketing, email marketing, and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and networking within the community.
• Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping people.
