Job Summary

Own the end-to-end marketing operations, reporting, and lead communications for the franchise network, steering vendor onboarding, asset management, data dashboards, and lead routing to drive brand consistency and growth.

  • Oversee onboarding and approval of marketing vendors and ensuring brand compliance.
  • Coordinate data collection, reporting, and project timelines across marketing initiatives.
  • Route leads, work with the CRM team, and distribute marketing communications to stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Operations - Manage the onboarding and approval process for marketing vendors while ensuring quality and brand compliance. - Manage the marketing inbox by responding to franchise inquiries, providing process guidance, and directing requests to the appropriate team members. - Maintain and organize marketing materials, reports, and resources, including the RB Market online marketplace. - Coordinate with vendors to manage and distribute marketing collateral for franchise locations. - Monitor marketing compliance to ensure consistent brand standards and customer messaging across the franchise network. Reporting & Project Coordination - Compile, organize, and summarize marketing data into reports, presentations, graphs, and dashboards. - Assist with marketing projects by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and communications. - Update marketing manuals, franchise marketing guides, and other support materials. - Assist with video, print, promotional, and training projects. - Provide training and support to small groups on marketing programs and resources. Lead Management & Communications - Manage lead routing by assigning unallocated leads to the appropriate territories. - Partner with the Digital/CRM Team to resolve lead routing issues. - Draft and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and marketing communications. - Provide occasional support for social media content and online reputation management. - Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing department, advertising agency, or related marketing role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proofreading skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Resourceful, dependable, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable collaborating with internal teams, franchise owners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with graphic design, digital marketing, or social media.
  • Experience working within a franchise organization.
  • Experience with CRM or marketing platforms.
