Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Marketing campaign organization from planning to follow-up.
• Paid marketing efforts, including PPC, LSA, paid social, and vendor-managed campaigns.
• Core metrics such as lead volume, cost per lead, booked jobs, CAC, ROAS, and campaign performance.
• Weekly reporting for leadership with clear updates, numbers, and next steps.
• Marketing calendar management for campaigns, offers, events, and seasonal pushes.
• Communication between leadership, agencies, vendors, and internal team members.
• Light content, campaign, and marketing project support as needed.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and help keep campaigns on track.
• Collect and organize performance data from vendors, ads, dashboards, and internal reports.
• Help prepare weekly marketing updates for leadership.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of marketing, marketing coordination, agency support, or administrative marketing experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with marketing reports, spreadsheets, calendars, and performance numbers.
• Familiar with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LSAs, Canva, CRM systems, or reporting dashboards, or willing to learn.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Clear communicator who can follow up with vendors and keep projects moving.
• Data-aware. You do not need to own the full strategy, but you should understand that marketing activity needs to connect to real results.
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable asking questions when something is unclear.

Preferred

• Home services, local service business, or lead generation experience is a plus.
