Job Summary
Own and coordinate marketing collateral, proposals, and presentations while keeping brand quality and process discipline across the firm.
- Own project management of collateral and proposal design, with cross-team proofreading.
- Coordinate events and content production to deliver on-brand materials on time.
- Provide writing support and update internal databases to keep marketing assets current.

- Leading meetings and managing projects
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- 4-year degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite products (especially PowerPoint and InDesign)
Preferred
- Understanding of InDesign for efficient document production
- A good eye for graphic design and sound page layout skills
