Job Summary

Support the social content engine for multiple platforms by coordinating calendars, drafting captions, and tracking campaign performance, while assisting on campaigns and client deliverables to drive efficient execution and data-informed improvements.

Editorial and content coordination: Maintain calendars, schedule posts, and coordinate visual assets.
Campaign execution and reporting: Assist campaigns, compile KPI and engagement data, and prepare summaries.
Operational excellence: Streamline processes and support project management to improve efficiency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and scheduling of social media content across multiple platforms
Support content creation, including drafting captions and coordinating visual assets
Maintain and update editorial calendars and project management systems
Prepare and compile monthly performance reports (KPIs, engagement metrics, campaign summaries)
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns
Support campaign coordination and client deliverables
Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms
Proficiency in Canva required
Graphic design skills a strong plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a hybrid model
