Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for Elevated Property Services, managed properties, and affiliated businesses as assigned.
• Develop and maintain content calendars; create, schedule, and publish original social media content.
• Develop content highlighting properties, available spaces, projects, employees, company services, events, and community involvement.
• Identify opportunities for original storytelling, including project spotlights, before-and-after stories, employee features, property highlights, and other engaging content.
• Monitor online reviews across Google, social media, apartment listing sites, and other relevant platforms; draft and post timely, professional responses in accordance with company standards.
• Escalate sensitive or significant reviews to property or company leadership when appropriate and identify recurring themes in customer feedback.
• Coordinate day-to-day marketing for residential communities, commercial properties, and other managed assets.
• Regularly audit property marketing for accuracy, quality, and consistency across websites, social media, ILS platforms, and other marketing channels.
• Coordinate with Internet Listing Service (ILS) providers and property teams to maintain and optimize listings, including pricing, availability, promotions, photography, amenities, and descriptions.
• Review marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve campaigns, listings, lead generation, and marketing spend.

Requirements

• Experience or education in marketing, communications, graphic design, content creation, real estate, or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an interest in visual communication and storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design and brand consistency.
• Experience managing business social media accounts preferred.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is beneficial.
• Comfortable working with photography and visual content; professional photography experience is not required.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, properties, vendors, and deadlines with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Willingness and ability to learn new software, creative techniques, and marketing platforms.
• Property management, multifamily, commercial real estate, hospitality, or professional-services experience is beneficial but not required.
