Marketing Coordinator - Data Center Mission Critical

Responsibilities

• Support the development and production of professional responses to RFPs, RFQs, qualifications packages, letter proposals, presentations, and other pursuit materials.
• Review RFPs to identify submission requirements, required forms, evaluation criteria, deadlines, and other compliance requirements.
• Assist with developing proposal outlines, compliance checklists, schedules, and initial InDesign documents.
• Gather project, personnel, technical, and company information needed for proposal responses.
• Coordinate with Marketing team members and technical professionals to obtain required proposal content.
• Format, proofread, edit, and perform quality-control reviews of proposal materials.
• Support proposal production and final submission requirements.
• Maintain organized records of completed proposals and pursuit materials.
• Gather, organize, enter, and validate project, personnel, client, and marketing data.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive project experience library for the Energy group.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, English, Journalism, Business, or a related field
• 2-5 years of professional experience required -- AEC industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to gather information from multiple sources and organize it in a clear, consistent, and usable manner
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe InDesign
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM systems, databases, or content-management systems preferred
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
