Job Summary

Own the email and cross-channel campaign execution workflow with tight segmentation, personalisation, and QA across a not-for-profit education audience.

  • Campaign Execution: Manage sends, cadence and calendar alignment across channels.
  • Content & Data: Create HubSpot emails, build segment lists, and personalise using data inputs.
  • Reporting & Coordination: Produce standard performance reports and coordinate with design/content teams throughout campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Project/Activity Management
  • Email Campaign Execution
  • Creates marketing emails in marketing automation platform (HubSpot)
  • Uploads and creates segment contact lists based on defined criteria
  • Personalizes email content using established fields and data inputs
  • Schedules and deploys email campaigns according to the marketing calendar
  • Performs quality assurance checks for editorial style, accuracy, formatting, and links before sending
  • Generates standard performance reports (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) as required
  • Campaign Coordination & Administration
  • Maintains campaign files, folders, and documentation in shared systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a marketing or communications support role
  • A demonstrated interest in advancing education in the not-for-profit sector
  • A strong commitment to contributing to an organizational culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion
  • An understanding and interest in engaging with a broad range of cultures and countries
  • Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and content preparation
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to follow processes, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and respond to direction from multiple stakeholders
