Own local market activation and partnership development to drive Ridge Top’s brand presence and lead opportunities across assigned markets.

Develop activation plans and evaluate ROI to ensure impactful events and partnerships
Create and maintain referral networks with Realtors, agents, property managers, builders, HOAs, and local chambers

Local market activation & community presence
Develop and execute local activation plans for each assigned market to increase brand awareness and engagement
Identify high-impact sponsorship, event, and community partnership opportunities
Coordinate presence at trade shows, home shows, neighborhood events, and community gatherings
Ensure the Ridge Top brand maintains visible and relevant community presence year-round
Evaluate activation opportunities based on expected reach, lead generation, and brand impact (ROI expectations)
Partnership development
Build referral and relationship networks that create long-term lead opportunities, including:
- Realtors
- Insurance agents / adjusters

1 - 3 years of experience in field marketing, community engagement, business development, partnership management, or related “customer engagement focused” experience
Bachelor degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field preferred
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Highly organized and self-directed
Comfortable working independently in market
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel locally and attend events outside traditional business hours
Experience capturing basic photo/video content for social media
