Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand confidently at retail stores, events, and promotional venues by engaging with customers and delivering compelling product demos.
• Conduct in-person customer service by answering questions, providing information, and guiding product selections to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collect valuable data during promotions to support marketing strategies and improve future campaigns.
• Promote products actively through demonstrations, sampling, and explaining features to maximize customer interest and sales opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships by listening attentively, addressing inquiries, and handling objections with professionalism.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event execution and maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• Previous food service experience is a plus for managing fast-paced interactions with professionalism.
• Strong data collection skills to accurately record customer feedback and promotional metrics.
• Experience in event marketing or retail environments demonstrating active promotion of products or services.
• Excellent customer relationship building skills to foster trust and loyalty during in-person interactions.
• Effective communication skills for public speaking, product presentations, and client engagement.
• Knowledge of retail store product details combined with technical proficiency in using promotional equipment or digital tools.
• Ability to handle sales objections confidently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on creating memorable shopping experiences that reflect the brand’s values.
