Job Summary

Own local outreach and partnership development to drive enrollment for daycare and after-school programs, with a social marketing support angle and office-ops coordination.

Outreach & Partnerships: Build local student recruitment for daycare, parties, and STEM programs plus community partnerships.
Community Marketing & Social: Maintain social pages and promote Astar Explorer programs locally.
Operations & Scheduling: Support office tasks and program promotions to hit deadlines.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Locate & recruit local students for daycare, birthday parties, & after-school programs (including our STEM programs)
Develop partnerships with local organizations, schools, etc.
Assist in the maintenance of social media pages and posts for Astar Explorer programs
Create partnerships throughout the local community and help promote the company.
Perform office functions and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of marketing or office experience (preferred)
Strong social media skills
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize urgent tasks
Background in the field of education (specifically children's programs) preferred
Fluent in English *(Required) but Spanish or Chinese proficiency is welcomed!!*
