Job Summary

Own and coordinate the 360 Marketing operating rhythm by maintaining calendars and trackers, aligning cross-functional workstreams, preparing planning materials, and driving follow-ups to keep marketing efforts on track.

  • Manage calendars, trackers, notes and shared files with precision.
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning and post-meeting follow-ups across Brand, Product and Trade Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Master Brand Calendar and related 360 Marketing trackers.
  • Track key dates, planning milestones, cross-functional dependencies, decision points and follow-ups across the Master Brand Calendar.
  • Support visibility across Product Marketing, Brand Marketing and Trade Marketing priorities.
  • Help keep calendar-level information, planning updates and cross-functional status documents updated and easy to access.
  • Flag missing inputs, timing risks or unclear ownership early.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, action lists and recap documents for key 360 Marketing meetings.
  • Track owners, deadlines, decisions and next steps across internal workstreams.
  • Support coordination between Marketing, Image & Creative Studio, Communications, Events & Experiences, Digital Brand & Innovations, Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce, Partnerships and markets where relevant.
  • Help ensure that information from meetings, reviews or client book discussions is routed to the right internal owners.
  • Maintain a consistent follow-up rhythm after planning meetings, cross-functional reviews and key decision points.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, brand coordination, operations support or cross-functional planning.
  • Strong ability to manage calendars, trackers, notes, documents, follow-ups and shared files with precision.
  • Comfortable supporting several workstreams at once in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong writing and recap skills, with the ability to make information clear, concise and easy to use.
  • Good understanding of how marketing, creative, communications, digital and commercial teams need to work together.
  • Comfortable using project management, calendar, file sharing and tracking tools.
  • Highly organized, reliable, proactive and detail oriented.
  • Sensitive to brand standards, presentation quality and internal professionalism.
