Responsibilities

• This is a primarily office-based role, with occasional time in the field supporting events and promotions.
• Coordinate marketing materials, campaign schedules, and promotional events across assigned Columbus territories
• Support partner campaigns (Spectrum, T-Mobile, HelloFresh, UNICEF, etc.) by preparing collateral, tracking performance, and assisting the field sales team
• Own campaign logistics end-to-end: planning, vendor coordination, on-site setup, and post-event reporting
• Record campaign activity, leads, and performance metrics in Salesforce (CRM) at the end of each week
• Check in weekly with your marketing manager to review campaign results and set upcoming priorities
• Join morning team huddles at the downtown Columbus office to align with the sales team on messaging and territory focus

Requirements

• High school diploma required; degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to a team
• Reliable transportation for occasional event and territory support
• Organized and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
• Comfort with CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus
