Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and coordinate all on-site production needs, and organize professional shoots with professional videographers.
  • Build and maintain long-range shoot schedules around physician and staff availability.
  • Prepare physicians and staff for shoots (topics, timing, wardrobe), and build and distribute shoot-day agendas and shot lists.
  • Manage shoot-day logistics, including microphones, teleprompters, and video equipment, and guide on-camera talent.
  • Review and log footage as it is captured, and deliver it to the corporate marketing team on a fixed monthly production cycle for advanced editing and distribution.
  • Organize and tag the media library so offsite editors and international team members can find assets quickly.
  • Create and edit on-site content and brand awareness campaigns for social media, including short-form video cutdowns.
  • Film day-to-day social content on-site for Hanabusa IVF, Asian Egg Bank, and Lotus Donor Bank.
  • Apply current social media and content trends to content planning, keeping healthcare sensitivities in mind.
  • Write, batch, and schedule copy and captions for social posts and recurring communications, including monthly support-group emails, partner updates, and physician or partner spotlights.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Communications or related
  • A minimum of [2+] years of experience in marketing operations, production coordination, events, or a similar coordination or administrative role.
  • Excellent organization, scheduling, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across multiple brands.
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro
  • Working knowledge of video equipment, including cameras, microphones, teleprompters, and basic lighting, with hands-on filming experience for interview-style and social content.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends, and working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and social scheduling tools.
  • Understanding of healthcare marketing sensitivities, with discretion around confidential and patient-related information and willingness to follow consent, talent release, and privacy protocols when filming in clinical environments.
  • Comfort working with physicians, executives, and clinical staff, and coordinating around demanding schedules.
  • Strong written communication skills, including short-form copy, script writing, and captions.
  • Experience with vendor management, purchasing, or inventory tracking.

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, fertility, or life sciences marketing.
  • Experience with technology and photography and videography
  • Familiarity with multi language productions a plus
