Responsibilities
  • Create short-form and long-form video content (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storylines
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to support ideation, scripting, editing, and iteration
  • Write social posts, captions, and lightweight marketing content
  • Experiment with different formats, hooks, and messaging styles
  • Collaborate with product/design teams to translate features into engaging content
  • Contribute to a consistent output of content across platforms
  • Take initiative—identify ideas, test them, and refine based on feedback
Requirements
  • Strong interest in content creation, media, and storytelling
  • Ability to take initiative and execute without constant direction
  • Comfort being creative and experimental
  • Basic experience with video creation/editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
  • Familiarity with or strong interest in AI tools for content creation
  • Ability to write clearly and adapt tone across formats
  • Willingness to collaborate and iterate quickly
Preferred
  • Experience creating content for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
  • Strong storytelling or scripting ability
  • Eye for visuals, pacing, and engagement
  • Experience blending AI tools into creative workflows
