Job Summary

Own end-to-end video content across platforms from concept and writing to filming, editing, publishing, and performance optimization while coordinating the content calendar and cross‑platform repurposing.

Lead creator workflow across YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Stories, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Snapchat, founder channels, and company channels
Drive data-informed improvements to future content

Job Description

Responsibilities

Developing original concepts and recurring series
Researching trends and topics
Writing scripts, hooks, captions, and posts
Planning, filming, and directing shoots
Appearing on camera and creating UGC
Editing short and long-form video
Creating titles and thumbnails
Publishing and scheduling content
Repurposing content across platforms
Managing the content calendar

Requirements

Extremely creative with strong visual taste
Strong behind the camera
Comfortable in front of the camera
Experienced creating UGC
A strong editor, writer, and storyteller
Obsessed with content and internet culture
Comfortable with AI creative tools
Entrepreneurial and resourceful
Organized, reliable, and fast
Able to work independently
