Content Operations: Manage case studies, internal communications, and a library of approved assets.
Social & External Content: Draft on-brand copy, repurpose for campaigns, and collaborate with the Social Media Strategist to reach external audiences.
Campaign & Measurement: Plan and monitor paid social, and track each channel’s contribution to meetings and pipeline.

Responsibilities

Own content lifecycle from drafting to amplification, shaping assets, and coordinating cross-channel storytelling to support sales and brand objectives.
Content Operations: Manage case studies, internal comms, announcements, and a library of approved assets.
Social & External Content: Draft on-brand copy, repurpose content for campaigns, co-create with the Social Media Strategist, and run leadership social outreach with a broader external focus.
Campaign & Measurement: Plan and monitor paid social reach, track channel contribution to meetings and pipeline, and coordinate across digital channels.
