We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Communications Manager to lead all communication efforts for the agency. This role will involve developing and executing strategic communication plans, producing high-quality content, managing public relations, and ensuring our messaging aligns with both internal goals and client expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills, experience in public relations, and a proven track record of managing communication strategies that build brand recognition and engagement.

• Lead and oversee all internal and external communication efforts for the firm.
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication and public relations strategies to elevate the firm’s and clients’ brands.
• Create high-quality content, including press releases, press kits, articles, newsletters, presentations, and reports.
• Act as a spokesperson and manage media relations, including pitching stories and securing coverage.
• Oversee the development of public relations campaigns and strategic media opportunities to amplify client visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure alignment and deliver communication goals.
• Monitor and manage brand messaging across all platforms (digital, print, and public relations).
• Plan and implement content calendars for ongoing communication and marketing efforts.
• Prepare performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies.
• Develop talking points, messaging frameworks, and crisis communication plans.
• Lead storytelling initiatives to share client stories and the agency’s impact
• Oversee social media strategies for clients, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.

• Write all external communications based on the needs of our clients
• Write, review, and edit content for press releases, articles, and client media opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication and public relations projects.
• Coordinate media outreach and maintain relationships with key media contacts.
• Oversee deadlines and deliverables to ensure communication efforts remain on schedule.
• Collaborate with teams to brainstorm creative approaches to content and media strategies.
• Provide regular updates and status reports on all communication efforts.
• Track and measure campaign success, providing actionable insights for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing.
• Proven success in leading and managing communication strategies and projects.
• Strong knowledge of public relations techniques and industry best practices.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating compelling content that resonates with various audiences.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools, media platforms, and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a marketing agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with media and industry influencers.
• Familiarity with crisis communication planning and execution.
