Job Description

Own cross-functional IMC for the pharma segment with ownership of campaigns, content, and sales enablement. Build integrated plans that drive action and brand preference with pharmaceutical customers. Manage marketing assets for sales enablement, email, trade shows, PR, social, and web; define KPIs; leverage Salesforce and Marketo for segmentation and email campaigns; write content that resonates and empowers the sales team with a consistent narrative; develop case studies; manage external vendors; steward brand guidelines across projects.

  • Responsibilities: Act as liaison between pharma segment marketing and integrated marketing communications teams and corporate marketing; develop deep understanding of the pharmaceutical segment to recommend effective communication strategies
  • Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans and strategies that drive action and build brand preference with pharmaceutical customers
  • Responsibilities: Plan and manage the development of marketing materials and assets for sales enablement, email communications, trade shows, public relations, social media, our global website and other digital channels
  • Responsibilities: Determine appropriate measurement plans and KPIs for campaigns and channels as needed
  • Responsibilities: Utilize marketing technology platforms (Salesforce, Marketo) to help further define customer segments and develop email campaigns
  • Responsibilities: Cultivate and write meaningful content that resonates with target customers, builds preference for our brand and capabilities, and empowers our sales team with a consistent narrative and functional sales materials
  • Responsibilities: Develop customer case studies (written and video)
  • Responsibilities: Manage external vendor relationships when necessary (creative, digital, writing)
  • Responsibilities: Be a brand steward, ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines in all project executions
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field with 5-7 years of product marketing and/or marketing communications experience; OR master’s degree in marketing, business or related field with 3-5 years of product marketing and/or marketing communications experience
  • Requirements: 3+ years of marketing experience within healthcare, med device, pharmaceutical, or CDMO
  • Requirements: Experience developing and managing marketing communication plans and strategies, including writing and developing content and assets to support business goals
  • Nice-to-have: Experience working within the medical / pharmaceutical / pharma drug delivery and manufacturing industry
  • Nice-to-have: Experience and knowledge of the medical contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) industry
  • Nice-to-have: Experience collaborating with a team that develops multichannel campaigns that effectively target and influence customers
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in trade show strategy and messaging development
  • Nice-to-have: Experience creating B2B content for marketing technical services
  • Nice-to-have: Experience collaborating with and managing vendor partners
  • Nice-to-have: Proven experience in using marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo; as well as website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
