Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Work with development team to develop annual development and communications calendar and strategy based on overall fundraising goal
  • Track and analyze marketing strategy outcomes, data
  • With development team, lead virtual fundraising days, event branding, coordinating with committee/board to arrange ambassadors, event website, building and distribution of toolkits, etc.
  • Manage organization’s brand by maintaining up to date brand guidelines and policies, know the voice of the brand, and keep board, staff, committees trained on brand consistency & guidelines
  • Social Media: Manage social media channels and relationships
  • Create social media strategy based on fundraising goal
  • Produce visual and written content based on content collected, or support intern in the production of content
  • Track and report out analytics based on strategic goal; make changes as needed
  • Photography/Videography: Collect content of programming at work (photo, video, etc.) to be used for promotional purposes
  • Conduct client interviews to share their stories through media channels and in donor communications

Requirements

  • Excellent writing and speaking skills
  • Microsoft Office and Google systems
  • Photography/photo editing/short-form video and editing experience necessary
  • Adobe Creative Cloud expertise: InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, (or Lightroom) Premiere, Illustrator
  • Ability to use social media strategically to reach different audiences
  • Database management skills
  • Experience working with Capcut/short-form video editing software
  • Ability to follow and implement brand standards
  • Highly organized
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
