Responsibilities

• Researching new marketing avenues
• Designing & creating literature, posters, advertisements, and online promotional materials
• Collecting & analyzing data from marketing campaigns
• Call and email customers and/or local businesses
• Assist customers with their registration via phone and live chat
• drafting and sending email marketing communications and assisting with the creation and posting of social media content
• build and develop relationships with local businesses that can help assist in promoting and marketing our programs to their community
• At times you may have the opportunity to deliver and distribute company product information to potential customers off-site.

Requirements

• Attending an undergraduate or graduate program during the internship period
• Knowledge & understanding of different marketing strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized with attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to diverse roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Dates: 5/29/2026 - 8/7/2026 (10-Week Program)
• Hours: 15 hours a week (Flexible scheduling options)
• Location: In-Person at our head office in Whitehouse Station, NJ

Preferred

• Experience using graphic design software (desirable, not required)
• Looking to receive academic credit (Highly preferred)
• Passion or interest in sports
