Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design and Marketing Collateral
  • Design and update flyers, one-pagers, reports, presentations, social media graphics, email graphics, website assets, and other print and digital collateral.
  • Prepare visual assets for Feathr campaigns, abandoned-cart follow-up campaigns, Cvent landing pages, and other digital marketing efforts.
  • Apply brand standards consistently and develop reusable templates that staff can update efficiently.
  • Video Production and Photography
  • Create videos from concept through final production for promotional campaigns, interviews, events, social media, and program communications.
  • Develop storyboards and complete filming, editing, motion graphics, captioning, and audio production.
  • Plan photography assignments and edit photographs for events, member stories, program materials, and promotional campaigns, under direction.
  • Event and Post-Event Visual Communications
  • Produce event signage, name badges, banners, program graphics, presentation templates, and promotional assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, multimedia production, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Filmora Wondershare, or comparable tools for graphic design, layout, video editing, and motion graphics.
  • Experience producing videos from concept through completion, including storyboarding, filming, editing, captions, and audio.
  • Experience applying brand standards, developing reusable templates, and preparing files for print and digital production.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, incorporating feedback, and meeting production deadlines.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong design judgment, visual storytelling, and both graphic design and video production work.

Preferred

  • Photography planning, photo editing, and digital asset management.
  • Coordinating with printers and other production vendors.
  • Creating visual assets for digital marketing campaigns and event platforms; familiarity with Feathr or Cvent is a plus.
  • Experience in a membership association, nonprofit, higher education, or research-focused organization.
