As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s marketing initiatives by coordinating projects across tradeshows, advertising, competitive analysis, and brand management. Our team is looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and energized by managing multiple priorities while collaborating across departments to ensure successful execution of marketing efforts. In this role, you will help maintain a consistent company image and brand presence across all business disciplines, while overseeing the timely and cost-effective production of promotional and print materials that support the company’s goals and growth. What You’ll Do Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across tradeshows, special events, advertising campaigns, and public relations activities to support company growth and brand visibility. Manage the development and distribution of sales flyers, email campaigns, whitepapers, and other marketing communications to ensure consistent messaging and strong market presence. Oversee promotional item inventory management, including tracking, procurement, and distribution to support sales and marketing efforts. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to ensure timely execution of projects and alignment with company objectives. Maintain consistency in company branding and messaging across all marketing materials and customer-facing communications. Support the planning and execution of strategic marketing efforts while managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Build and maintain strong working relationships internally and with external vendors, partners, and event coordinators. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging marketing opportunities to support business objectives. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones. QualificationsWhat You Bring Experience That Drives Success Bachelor of Science Degree required, preferably in Communications, Business, Advertising, Marketing, or any relevant fields. Extremely high organizational skills. Strong communication skills; written, verbal, and interpersonal. Adaptable to frequent change, delays, and unexpected events. Strong eye for design and understanding the importance of branding, identity standards and quality production. Excellent analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
