Job Summary
Own the U.S. trade show program and cross‑channel marketing support for a B2B industrial environment, driving end‑to‑end event execution, branding alignment, and multimedia content across print, digital, and video to generate pipeline.
- Trade show operations: plan, booth execution, logistics, budgets, and post‑show reporting.
- Content & media: align branding/messaging with sales, produce print/digital/email/website content, and create short‑form video assets.
- Cross‑channel campaigns: coordinate materials and campaigns across print, digital, and video platforms.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Managing 10–15 annual trade shows, including booth coordination, logistics, demos, budgets, and post‑show reporting
- Partnering with sales and vendors to align branding, messaging, and digital content
- Writing and editing print, digital, email, and website marketing content
- Developing trade show and product promotional materials
- Coordinating and edit short‑form marketing videos for web and social channels
- Lead the execution of HIWIN Corporation’s U.S. trade show program and support a wide range of marketing communication initiatives across print, digital, and video platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3-6 years of marketing experience (B2B industrial / manufacturing preferred)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience creating engaging multimedia marketing content
- Trade show coordination experience
