Marketing Co-op (January - June 2027)

Responsibilities

• Support our social media team by drafting and reviewing, social media campaigns
• Assist with internal and external event planning logistics and execution,
• Help our migration and integration of our new CRM system
• Auditing and updating our external website and Marketing’s intranet pages to ensure accuracy of information

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (in progress) in Marketing or a related field (Business, management, media design, etc.);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) desirable;
• Exposure to CRM databases (Intapp preferred) and other CRM technology (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc;)
• Previous professional work and/or co-op experience
• Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc)
• Curious and analytical thinkers who bring creative approaches to non-standard problems;
• Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
• Strong sense of professionalism;
• Effective written and oral communication skills;
• Excellent time management, task prioritization, and detail orientation;
