Own the marketing content lifecycle from proposal development to marketing materials, while maintaining project and staff data in the firm’s system and coordinating with leadership and the marketing team on client-facing materials.

Maintain and update resumes, project case studies, and boilerplates
Manage Deltek VantagePoint data for projects, opportunities, and marketing efforts
Lead production of brochures, client interviews, and presentations in collaboration with principals and consultants

Job Description

Responsibilities

Maintain and update resumes, project case studies, and boilerplates
Maintain and update project and staff information in the firm’s database, Deltek VantagePoint
Work with firm principals, marketing team members, and consultants to create proposals, qualification packages, and presentations
Lead the production of materials for marketing brochures, client interviews/presentations
Maintain and update specific opportunities and marketing efforts in Deltek VantagePoint
Assist in project updates on the firm’s website

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or English
5-8 years of experience in marketing, AEC industry preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled communicator with a bright command of grammar, punctuation, editing, and proofreading
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign)
Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Knowledge of the architecture and design industry preferred
