Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the marketing organization, including financial management, process optimization, resource planning, agency management and performance reporting.
• You will operationalize the portfolio and planning model by ensuring efficient execution, financial discipline, and scalable processes, supporting measurable, optimized performance.
• Financial & Business Operations Management: Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring alignment to KPIs, OKRs, and ROI expectations.
• Process & Workflow Optimization: Design and continuously improve intake, prioritization, governance, and workflow processes to increase efficiency and reduce friction.
• Resource & Capacity Planning: Lead workforce and capacity planning, aligning staffing, agency utilization, and workload distribution to business priorities.
• Operational Performance & Reporting: Develop reporting frameworks, delivering clear visibility into performance, financials, and operational health.
• Agency & Vendor Operations: Support agency and vendor management processes, ensuring alignment with contracts, deliverables, and performance expectations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, finance, operations, or a related field
