Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts
• Create and post engaging social media content
• Help grow the company's online presence and brand awareness
• Monitor and respond to online reviews
• Reach out to customers for feedback and Google reviews
• Make outbound/cold calls to prospective customers and business contacts
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with potential customers and existing business relationships
• Assist with marketing campaigns and business development efforts
• Maintain organized records of leads, contacts, and follow-ups
